All toy orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated tracking number via email once your package has departed our Dallas, TX fulfillment facility.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY HAPPINESS & RETURN POLICY

Returns must be shipped to our designated customer center at: 1420 Commerce Boulevard, Suite 210, Dallas, TX 75201. Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
